A: Yes, each year you are required to participate in at least 40 hours of formal training. With your Performance Manager and Team Leader you can discuss your educational needs and how to best meet them. BearingPoint offers e.g. a Leadership Program at the Yale University School of Management, and hundreds of e-Learning opportunities, and internal training days.
Q: Will my performance be reviewed?
A: Yes. Each employee has a Performance Manager, with whom you create personal goals and plans, which then acts as a baseline for semi-annual performance reviews, affecting promotion and salary adjustment.
Q: What if later I want to be relocated to another BearingPoint office?
A: It is in BearingPoint’s interest to advance and support your career wishes. Each relocation case is handled individually between the employee, the team leader, HR and the BearingPoint office to which you wish to transfer.
